Overall very nice service by the flipkart guys !! This laptop is perfect choice of mine which i have bought by doing lot of research about the specifications and price . It is so far working very well. I ahave added 4 gb ram in the second slot and it has become very very fast to operate for routine work. I am yet to load games in it. Windows experience index increased from 4.4 to 5.5. The only painful job is to download and install about 2.4 GB of HP and intel software for windows 7 from HPs site which took lot of time and energy. This should be supplied with the product in the form of 5-6 DVDs for customers benefit which is very much possible by HP or flipkart .
one thing is bad and that is flipkart delivery time. i got it on last day of the time which flipkart gave me . laptop is good i can play battel feild bad company and 1368 resolution nfs 2012 at good stng but gta sanandreas cricket 07 run only in 1024 resolution this disopoint me and i instal window 8 on it no heating problem i run laptop conti 8 hr
