i the driver are missing and windows disk are missing and i can here all the time some noise inside finishing quality very poor
very much satisfied with the delivery 3 days before the actual delivery date, good packing and good quality product. i have been using it since 10 days, its running smoothly with no issue till now. Overall satisfied with the product.
The build quality is very poor. Big gap between the keyboard plate and body of the computer. You can see the crease in the plastic where they moulded it around the corners. I bought this product only because it was a Windows 7 Professional laptop. None of the USB ports were working. Honestly wondering if it is brand new piece or refurbished? Doubtful about the seller. Returning it.
