I have been using this phone for the last 8 months and have to say its awesome. Fabulous Operating system (Windows phone 7)and brilliant touch screen. The Camera sucks though and the battery lasts only a day, otherwise its superb. Gps is spot on and locks ur position in a few seconds. Its spare battery costs only 400 bucks. The main strength of this phone is its Wonderful Operating system. I have used Android smartphones and iPhone and have to say that Windows phone 7 is much much better than Android and iOs. the phonebook syncs with your facebook account, so when ur friend updates their contact info on FB, it automatically gets updated in ur phonebook. For better understanding of this brilliant OS, u should visit Microsoft's website. Overall HD7 rocks and Windows Phone 7 rules.
Yes this service is reliable .I have ordered HTC HD7 on 23.08.11 and i have recived my phone on 26.08.11. The packing was too good and i found my phone with no problem.
