Using this device for more than a month and found no lagging and hanging issues. Also the device doesn't heat like the 826 or 820.nPrefomance:nPlayed Ashphalt 8 with the highest possible settings and it raced with ease.nGraphics are pretty descentnDisplay:nThough it's not mentioned in the HTC site but it has an AMOLED display with smooth touch operation.nCamera:nBack camera shoots descent Pictures and the front camera is actually a selfie camera with live editing options.nBattery:nThe device is powered with a 2600mah non removable battery which lasts a day easily.nI played ashphalt in local wifi for about an hour , browsed internet, and general tasks and I survived throughout the day with about 20% of juice left at 10 pm.nSo the battery is not very good but its descent to power up the 5.5 inch display.If they have powered it with 3000mah or more then it would be a beast.nSound:nIt comes with HTC Boomsound with Dolby audio like the other HTC One models so the sound is very good and i am really enjoying watching videos in this device.nStorage:nIt comes with 16GB of memory onboard of which you 'll get around 9.89 GB left for user space. But ,yes, it has a terrible expansion capability of upto 2 TB using a microsdxc .nSoftware:nIt comes with Android lollypop 5.0 out of the box with HTC sense 7.0 UI.nLatest sense UI is admirable.nnSo anyone looking for a branded device in the range of 20k is highly recommended to give it a try.
