The CMF Watch has received a refresh in India with the launch of the Watch 3 Pro. This new-generation smartwatch succeeds the Watch 2 Pro, which debuted in the country two years ago. Nothing’s sub-brand retains the circular dial design, but drops the interchangeable bezels in favour of a more fixed aesthetic. The CMF Watch 3 Pro is available in four distinct colourways, each offering a unique yet cohesive look. The wearable also brings notable upgrades, including a more advanced health-tracking system, built-in ChatGPT access, and an AI-powered personalised running coach.

CMF Watch 3 Pro price in India, availability
The CMF Watch 3 Pro is priced at Rs 7,999 in India. However, as part of the launch offer, the wearable will be sold at a discounted price of Rs 6,999 for a limited time. Interestingly, the brand’s exclusive retail partner lists the Light Grey, Light Green, and Dark Grey variants at this offer price, while the Orange option is slightly higher at Rs 7,499. Apart from the colour differences, all variants share identical specifications and are offered in a single 36.2mm dial size.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro’s sale starts from May 8th exclusively via Flipkart across the country. It’s worth mentioning that the wearable’s pricing is a bit steep compared to its predecessor, CMF Watch 2 Pro, which was introduced at Rs 4,999.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro boasts a metal body with swappable liquid silicone straps. The wearable is IP68 water and dust resistance certified and features a touchscreen 1.43-inch AMOLED panel that bears a 466p resolution, 650 nits of typical brightness, and a 60Hz refresh rate.
The panel is surrounded by relatively chunky bezels, which take on a rounded appearance in the Light Grey variant, while the Orange, Light Green, and Dark Grey options opt for flatter edges. While the Dark Grey variant keeps things minimal, with subtle CMF by Nothing branding etched onto the frame, the Orange version is more expressive, featuring bold grooves along the bezel that mimic hour markers, giving it a sportier, more distinctive character. Talking about health features, the CMF smartwatch offers custom running plans and AI-powered summaries. The wearable can also track vitals from blood oxygen to stress level, steps walked, and heart rate. The OEM claims to have used a new optical sensor, aimed to deliver up to 7 percent more accurate readings during exercise and up to 3 percent more accurate readings at rest when compared to the previous generation.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro even offers sleep tracking, recognising short naps, sleep stages, and offering deep analysis. Other aspects include guided breathing sessions, sedentary reminders, a menstrual cycle tracker for women, and Active Score, which analyses heart rate and MET values to give you a reflection of your overall physical activity.
Speaking of activities, the wearable supports up to 131 sports modes and is equipped with a dual-band, multi-system GPS for more accurate outdoor tracking. To appeal to athletes, the wearable introduces a personalised running coach that can create an 8- to 16-week training plan tailored to your goals, whether that’s improving VO2 max or increasing fat burn. According to the company, the training adapts in real time based on your body’s response, aiming to help you get more out of every run.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro is compatible with Android 6.0 or above and iOS 13 or above devices. The wearable supports Bluetooth v5.3 and is compatible with the Nothing X app. The smartwatch works with your smartphone to offer Bluetooth calling, music controls, quick replies, and ChatGPT integration for your AI searches.

Charging the watch with the proprietary charger is said to take close to 100 minutes for a full charge from nothing.
