Along with the launch timeframe, Infinix has today revealed the full design of the Hot 70 Pro, including the colour options it’ll be available in. Infinix Hot 70 Pro launch timeline and design teased

While the exact date isn’t out yet, the Infinix Hot 70 Pro will land in India in the first week of September, as officially confirmed in the press release. Confirmed to feature four colourways, the Hot 70 Pro will carry a ‘Dynamic Shine Design’, which the company claims is inspired by the concept of Living Design, which brings the smartphone’s colours, materials, and finishes into harmony with the surroundings.

Infinix Hot 70 Pro colour options

Each colour option of the Infinix Hot 70 Pro will flaunt unique textures and finishes. The Thermo Orange variant changes the back panel’s colour based on temperature; the Mirage Green adapts to nighttime conditions; the Silk Glow Purple changes patterns when tilted; and the Dive Blue option features a matte finish. Infinix says the purpose behind giving the phone’s colours a unique approach is to instil design innovation.

Active Matrix Cube

The Active Matrix Cube is an interactive lighting system on the back of the phone, turning it into a dynamic visual canvas. The AMC reacts to notifications, music, gaming, charging and more, making information more visual and interactions more engaging.

Previously, we’ve seen similar rear display approaches from Nothing and POVA, in which a small LED-based display on the rear helps users access information without turning on the smartphone’s screen. Integrating such elements helps the smartphone stand out and creates a bit of chatter when one spots it in public, leading to higher brand awareness.

The company also notes that amid rising smartphone prices, it is focused on delivering value to buyers wherever possible. Rather than going for high prices, it’s committed to bringing relevant features that matter to consumers.

Since the Infinix Hot 70 Pro is already available globally in some markets, the handset could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100, carry a 6,500mAh battery, and feature a 50MP Sony primary camera. Since no pricing information has been provided, we will only know which segment the smartphone will sit in closer to the launch. The Infinix Note Edge, featuring the Dimensity 7100, offered us a reliable day-to-day experience that could potentially carry over to the Hot 70 Pro.

If you’ve been seeking a smartphone that features multiple poppy colour options, it could be worth waiting for the Hot 70 Pro’s launch. Especially with rear display support, it could help reduce the urge to check your phone every time you receive a notification, as the display will let you know whether it’s an urgent notification you need to act on immediately.
