Vivo X100 and X100 Pro receive the BIS certification

• The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro have received the BIS certifications in India.
• The phones bear the model numbers V2308 and V2309.
• The listing, as spotted by MySmartPrice, doesn't reveal any specifications of the phones but is a solid indication to hint the launch is imminent.

Vivo X100 and X100 Pro appear on Geekbench

• The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro global models also bear the same V2308 and V2309 model numbers, as per Geekbench.
• The Geekbench listings of the phones show they will boot Android 14 OS and pack 12GB RAM (X100) and 16GB RAM (X100 Pro).
• The motherboard section suggests they would come with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.
• The Vivo X100 has managed to score 891 in the single-core round and 3573 in the multi-core segment. The X100 Pro, meanwhile, gets 2,254 in the single-core round and 7,608 in the multi-core segment. 
• The difference in numbers is quite surprising considering they both come with the same chipset.

Vivo X100 series specifications (rumoured)

• Display: The Vivo X100 flaunts a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2800×1260 pixels resolution.
  
• RAM and Storage: The Vivo X100 series smartphone has been tipped to be the world's first Low Power Double Data Rate 5 Turbo (LPDDR5T)-powered. LPDDR5T is touted to be 13 percent faster than LPDDR5X DRAM found on most current flagships.
• Chipset: The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro are expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. The X100 Pro+ could ship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
• Cameras: The Vivo X100 could feature a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 50MP ultrawide sensor with f/2.0 aperture and OIS, and a 64MP periscope lens with f/2.6 aperture, OIS, Support for 3X optical zoom, 100X digital zoom.
• The Vivo X100 Pro is said to come with a 50MP Sony IMX989 main sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera sensor, and a 64MP OmniVision OV64B telephoto sensor.
• Lastly, the Vivo X100 Pro+ might feature a 50MP Sony IMX989 sensor with OIS, a 50MP Sony IMX598 ultra-wide lens, a 50MP Sony IMX758 portrait sensor, and a 200MP Samsung HP3 sensor telephoto periscope camera with 10x zoom.
• Front camera: There could be a 32MP shooter for selfies and video chats.
• OS: The phones are expected to boot Android 14-based Funtouch OS custom skin out of the box.
• Battery: The Vivo X100 could ship with a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The Pro version could pack a 5,400mAh battery with 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support.
