The most awaited phone launch is just around the corner, with Galaxy Unpacked slated for Feb 9, 2022. Samsung has teased that the new Galaxy will be a combination of its S and Note Series, packing in the best of innovation, productivity, creativity, and power. As per their teasers, the new Galaxy is set to “Break the rules of the smartphone industry”. It’d be interesting to see the combination of the most advanced camera of the Galaxy S series with the performance and productivity of the Note range.
What has caught everyone’s attention is that as per the teasers, the all-mighty S Pen will come in-built in the upcoming phone for the first time since Galaxy Note 20. The Note lovers were eagerly awaiting for an integrated S Pen experience since the launch of the last Note series phone in 2020. And their wait now seems to be over.
Samsung Unpacked 2022 teasers – unpacked!
Samsung has revealed several teasers for the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event, and some of them have especially caught our eyes. One of them shows silhouettes of two different devices merging into one. Galaxy Note fans would know that one of the devices looks eerily similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra that was launched back in 2020. This seems to directly hint at an upcoming Samsung device which will be an evolution of Galaxy Note.
In an Editorial titled – Setting a New Standard for Smartphones in Our Changing World – published on Samsung Newsroom, Dr. TM Roh talked a lot about Galaxy Note and how they have not forgotten about the experiences Note devices deliver to consumers. Going by the teaser and the Editorial, we can safely assume that Samsung is planning on releasing a device that will feature all the things that we love about the Galaxy Note series. This means the next Galaxy one that is, so the rumors state, a mixture between Galaxy S series flagship and a Galaxy Note, with an integrated S Pen. So, what the latest selection of handsets will deliver is both the Galaxy S series and Galaxy Note series in one power packed phone. As Dr TM Roh has stated,
“At Unpacked in February 2022, we’ll introduce you to the most noteworthy S series device we’ve ever created. The next generation of Galaxy S is here, bringing together the greatest experiences of our Samsung Galaxy into one ultimate device.”
The teaser released by Samsung for the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked proclaim that the next Galaxy will “Break the rules of light” and “Break the rules of power”. This further confirms our hunch that an innovative camera experience, which is the hallmark of the S Series, especially when it comes to low-light photos and videos, will meet the performance and power offered by the large display, the magical S Pen, and powerful battery of the Note.
