Update (August 2025): The Xiaomi 14 Pro officially launched in late October 2023, with the final design aligning closely with this exclusive leak. It sports a flat 6.6-inch 2K AMOLED 120Hz display, a prominent square camera module, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and a 4,880mAh battery supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. The phone also offers IP68 water and dust resistance, Hi-Res audio, and Dolby Atmos.

Xiaomi 14 Pro design details
Based on the 5K renders of the Xiaomi 14 Pro shared by OnLeaks, the phone will come with some changes compared to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Pro. It looks like Xiaomi is going for a flat display instead of a curved one. The phone’s also a lot thicker than the Xiaomi 13 Pro, and the camera module just looks huge at this point.
The Xiaomi 14 Pro will measure 161.6 x 75.3 x 8.7mm based on these renders, and the camera module is going to be up to 13.1mm high. The Xiaomi 14 Pro will feature a 6.6-inch flat 2.5D display with a punch-hole camera placed at the centre. There could be up to four cameras on the upcoming Xiaomi phone, along with some other sensors. It’s also tipped to feature dual speakers.

Xiaomi 14 Pro is expected to feature a 6.6-inch flat AMOLED 2.5D display with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will most likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is slated to debut later this month.
