Xiaomi TV FX series: features, specifications
Xiaomi is offering a 43-inch Mini LED TV at an introductory price of Rs 29,999, which makes it the most accessible model in the series. This could be a strong option for smaller rooms, bedrooms or buyers who want Mini LED without spending too much.
The larger models come in 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch versions and offer higher peak brightness, better contrast ratios and DLG 120Hz support. Only the 43-inch model is limited to 60Hz. The bigger variants are better suited for gaming, sports playback and smoother overall motion.

The TV FX Mini LED series uses QD-Mini LED with Full Array Local Dimming, which should improve brightness control, black levels and overall picture quality. Xiaomi says the TVs can cover up to 93% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, and they also support HDR10+, HLG and Filmmaker Mode. For viewers, that should mean richer colours and a more cinematic image.
Xiaomi has used Fire TV instead of Google TV on this lineup. The platform brings access to more than 12,000 apps, along with profiles, parental controls, Apple AirPlay 2 and Alexa support. The TV also gets Quick Wake, which powers it on in under five seconds for a faster start-up experience.
The lineup also includes gaming-friendly features such as ALLM, MEMC, HDMI 2.1 support on one port and eARC for soundbars. Xiaomi says the larger models also use a four-driver speaker setup, while the 43-inch version gets a dual-speaker system. The TVs go on sale in India from June 11 via mi.com, Xiaomi Retail, Amazon and Flipkart. Check out their pricing below:
- 43-inch: Rs 29,999 introductory price and Rs 32,999 regular price.
- 55-inch: Rs 39,999 introductory price and Rs 44,999 regular price.

Market position
The main appeal of the Xiaomi TV FX Mini LED series is that it brings Mini LED, Fire TV and gaming features into a more affordable bracket. Compared with standard QLED TVs, the new range should offer better contrast and black levels, while the larger models also provide smoother gaming support and better audio output, making them viable gaming peripherals for consoles and PCs.
The 43-inch comes in at a budget-friendly price point, ideal for people upgrading from older machines or limited budgets. The bigger sizes, on the other hand, seem better suited for users who want a more complete home entertainment setup. If you own an older LED TV from around 2018 or earlier, this could be a major upgrade thanks to Mini LED’s better black levels and contrast.
If you have a 2022 or 2023 QLED TV, the upgrade is more marginal unless your current TV lacks proper local dimming. Hardcore gamers who want native 120Hz panels or multiple HDMI 2.1 ports should wait, as the 43-inch model is limited to 60Hz and DLG 120Hz is mostly a software simulation.
