The machine has been installed for over a day now and its performing well - quite pleased with it.nBut the guys who come to install (as i read in other reviews) ... they are more keen to sell the EXTRAS, rather than installing and giving a demo for which they are there in the first place.nnWith IFB charging so much on the machine .. these guys make it sound like if we don't buy those extras, and use it, the machine will get spoilt.nDoes IFB authorities know this is what their sales guy and demo guys do, when they are out there?nnIt's ridiculous to hear from their installation guy, that the ball-bearing will go, if i didn't buy a filter, which costs Rs.1800/-, as the hard water will rot the machine in 3-4 years time.nnAlso, he said if we don't buy the descalers, 4 packets for 4 months usage, with each packet costing Rs.160/- or 180/-, then it would set a permanent mark on the machine, and the clothes will start smelling after 4 months.nnSuch idiotic guys should be removed from the company .. they not only spoil the company's name, but sell products which i am sure IFB will not endorse authentically.nnCan Flipkart recommend or forward this message to IFB?
guaranteed to break down. non existent service. call centres are unresponsive . no spare parts in stock!!!! dont waste you money on these lemons.
