Installation took 3 calls and two day to technicians to arrive.may because for weekend but once they came they know exactly which called perfect installation.Minimum damage on wall .I am really happy with it. No for the product itself is nice to see.dedicate design and both indoor and outdoor unit is too silent I really mean silent.you wont notice working of outdoor units without touching it.Its really far better than normal five star ratings. It is little extra money than regular but its worth.Future is invertor air conditioner.
