The washing machine looks bigger than and felt like I purchased the apt one for the home. Overall i like the performance of the machine and in built programs are impressive. Just got the product yesterday and installation from IFB done today. Looking forward to utilize the machine in day to day life.

Received the WM today after having ordered it a day ago, my first experience with fully automatic washing machine.nnProsnOverall the machine looks nice & decent,build quality is excellent.nWashing quality is good.nDelay timer is a plus.nComes with a good quality hose pipe that fits almost every tapnnConsnlittle complex to use for beginners like me.nUtilizes adequate amount of water(but at the same time gives quality wash)nNo control to adjust Buzzer volume.nnnOverall a decent machine under 17K price range

I am writing this review after waiting around 10 months.n1. The delivery from the flipkart has no issues. Flipkart part is good.n2. The IFB service/installation - It is very bad ..hawwkkknnI am from Hyderabad location, If just go by IFB brand if there is any issue with the product then you will be trouble.n1. Service team is is bery bad. The service guys are not skilled. They don't know how solve the problem and also how to convince the customer.nn2. You need to wait minimum a week time to get the service guy to come home. After coming home he won't solve the problem and closes the ticket.nn3. If you reopen the ticket no body cares at IFB to address again.n4. If you want product without service then go for it. Otherwise I will say NO to IFB in Hyderabad. n5. Before choosing check the how is the service of other brands like LG and choose.

Highly happy with the purchase, good price too for 16k. Very clear menu easy to understand esp for seniors. no much jigmoz like 3D, 4D, fuzzy God knows what's these tech is!!! It has got Stainless drum and fully automatic my only requirement in this price budget.
