I baught intex aqua i5 HD which is spacialy designed for camera, It has very poor camera quality as compared to other 13 MP camera phones. Main story is not started yet. after using this phone for 2 months my camera stopped working so I rush to service center, they took my mobile for around 2 months and after that they have given me aqua power as replacement whithout any discussion. so we can say very bad service at centres.nand surprisingly from this morning my new mobile's speaker stopped working.
Friends please don't buy this brands phone,I have bought an aqua i5 hd 6 months back with in 20 days there was repeated screen problems and charging issues .Literally very bad experience with Service provided. Due to repeated problems i have submitted the phone at service center on 11-04-2015 ,while you're submitting the mobile service center people will promise that we will get the mobile within 15 days but later on ,you wont get your mobile even after a month.Atlast after a month intex replaced my aqua i5 Hd with a Aqua power and charged Rs 4000/- Extra without a reason. nSad part is within two days Aqua power's speakers gone ,will make terrible sound even in silent mode and i dint event installed any apps just used it to voice calls nothing else.No idea what to do further ,have escalated the issue to Intex service centers and intex company itself but no response so far.nIt is the worst brand ever,Please avoid these kind of phones
