Warranty given on box 5 year instead of 10 year as per company given in Detail,about condesor coil witch type off not written on box

Recently installed at home and in the area of 15x10 sqft it's cooling in 15 to 20mins in rainy season (Aug). Also Cooling is going at 16c. Overall it's a good one.

Worthy product

Its a Great Buy! This is a serious competition to the AC Market. I had alot of apprehension before buying as I never really knew much about intex as a brand to supply Air Conditioner I was totally surprised to see such a great performance by the A/C. It went over and above my expectation in terms of performance. It started the cooling procedure withinn 2 mins of Switching the AC on and my bedroom was all cool within 4 Minutes overall. Its a great proposition and value for money product. I don't see a reason why I may not trust intex in the future. I agree to a comment that's made in regards to the compressor warranty as it stated that 5 years in the box however flipkart advertised this as 10 years warranty. In my opinion, its certainly competitive to Voltas / Carrier and other indian brands and surely a bang for your buck. I bought this product during the big billion day sale and I feel got a damn good deal for 25k.

Moderator ---Pl highlight which word indicates profanity or is abusive ..it's just that you don't like the actual reviews to reach buyer's hence blocking my Product review nnDon't BuynSince there's no option of giving scores in negative,I am forced to give 1 star.I purchased this model during Diwali Sales Promo and the delivery of the product was as per schedule on 22nd October .nnAs per the technical specs and featurs mentioned on Flipkart and Intex website,I paid for a 1.5 Ton ,3 star Inverter AC with copper condenser and 10 year warranty on compressor and 5 years on coil but to my surprise..NO WHERE,I repeat,NO WHERE ON THE PACKAGING,ON PRODUCT or MANUAL,it's mentioned that this is a 3 star Inverter model with copper condenser .nnOn top of it,the print on the box says 5 years warranty...so I have no way to know whether it's a genuine mistake ( which is highly unlikely) or cheating by the manufacturer or this unit supplied to me is from old lot and now they have a new lot with these so called features .nnI have been following with Senior guys in Sales and Service from Intex H.O.since 22nd October and to my surprise,they don't even know these technical specs and the service guys doesn't even know the service /company warranty policy for this model lineup,God bless them and their​ innocent customers .nnAlmost since last 15 days,I have been told by Flipkart that they have raised this issue to the concerned team and will be resolved in 2 working days..they need to define the 2 day period as no one from Flipkart has bothered to resolve the issue or replace the unit despite my request till date.nnI have yet to receive any confirmation from Intex team or Flipkart as of now .nnWish to share the pics of the product boxed and unboxed as well but could not find any such option .nnBuy this model at your own risk ...
