Bought this phone a week ago from a retail store and I'm definitely satisfied. After a week of testing the phone, here's my opinion::--nPROS:: =>The quality of the 5 inch big screen is fairly good for the price.n =>Comes pre-installed with many popular apps like Opera mini, Whats app, etc.,n =>Plays HD videos smoothy upto 720pn =>Audio quality is also fairly good for the price.n =>Very good for e-book and document reading.n =>Has auto-brightness feature which does not come with many phone at this price range.n =>Pinch-to-Zoom gesture is fairly smooth.nCONS:: n =>Does not have 3G (not a big issue for me as I don't prefer 3G)n =>1080p videos does not play in the default video player. Its playable on 3rd party players like MX Player but skips lots of frames.n =>Battery life is poor and has to be charged atleast once a day. (This is also not a big issue because almost all the android phones doesn't have a proper battery life)n =>Camera is filthy. Its a 5mp shooter but the picture quality is more like 3mp. At first when I bought the phone, the camera stopped responding and ended up in a green screen. But I fixed it by resetting the phone to factory settings. (Go to Settings-->Backup & Reset-->Factory Data Reset)n nOverall, I suggest this phone only for those who are in a tight budget and for the people who wish to buy this as their first android device. But If you are someone who used High-End android phones, you will have a horrible experience with this.

Call outgoing not good voice problem, Youtube not working, hangs, internet not working properly so much more problems & to get all this problems solve phone given unregistered or maybe from Flipkart or Flipkart Vendor & after sending email twice form my side as well as from service center as per center guy & service center not taking for repair till karbonn registering didn't comes & no reply around 2 weeks going to complete. Flipkart should see into this matter as the product r sold through them or either give replace. Going service center since 24/06/2013 & they telling email send to Karbonn on same day. I too email Karbonn Mobile not register Buyed from Flipart.com, ID : C38208, IMEI No. : 911308400380981, 911308400733981 just got mail will look into matter but no response yet. Really too bad expereince from both side Flipkart & Karbonn Mobile. What the buyer/customer should do? Where to Banged his head with Flipkart or Flipkart's Vendor or Karbonn Mobile or Karbonn Mobile Service Center?nnMy all the Above said problems being sorted out within 72 hours. Really given Geart service from Flipkart.com & WS Retail. Thanks for All

i bought this phone after ascertaining that service centers are locating near to me. i even assured with flipkart that i will not be having problems in getting service. but when i bought the product i got list of service centers from WS retails which are 200 km from my home city. and local service center refused to entertained me, sighting reason that importer of the phone purchased is located in banglore, and service is provided if we had bought it from new delhi based importer. companies customer care number are not approachable.and i'm stranded. how do a customer knows tht company service centres provide service based on from where you buy it

I have been using this phone from a month now & the experience has been nothing short of a brilliant.nnPros: 1)Display brightness is really good has an auto brightness mode which is not included in many high range phones aswell.n2)Touch is very much fluid & responsive.n3)1 ghz dual core processor,using from a month but haven't even lagged once.n4)512 mb ram,first i thought that this would be a cons but haven't been lagging after installing 40+ apps.n5)Smooth gaming,believe me i played games like fifa12(1.51 gb),gta(1.4 gb),asphalt 7(1.36 gb) & this all was running like butter.n6)Battery 2000mah last abt 6 hrs on continuos usage.n7)video playback: 720p videos runs awesome but skip lot of frames in 1080p videos this problem can be solve using mx playernnCons: 1)Sound is quite low.n2)Takes a lot of time to get fully charged almost 4-5 hrs.n3)No 3g,not a big issue for me though as i use wifi for high speed internet.n4)camera is ok in daylight but worse in night.nnnI have rooted this device & its working like a charm.n& after spending only 6k for a phone like this its simply an awesome deal......bole to fullto paisa vasool....highly recommended.
