I have purchased from market in Rs 3650/- on 20 Aug 2013. From very first day the set is generating 10 SMS per day to karbonn automatically and Karbonn send me the welcome messages. Rs 3/- per SMS are deducted every time. About Rs 150/- has been deducted.nHelp line is not responding , service center is overcrowded. I have deposited the phone on 24 at service center but the problem is still not rectified. PC Connectivity is not possible either from Blue tooth or Tethering. 3.5 MP Camera and flash are very poor. The set is recently imported from China in Jun 2013. I am Senior Citizen of 71 year is fed up by going to service center so many time.

No doubt Flipkart delivers super fast but this phone is not at all a good buy. I had a bad experience purchasing Karbonn Smart A50. nnEven though the phone is one of the cheapest Android that you can get and delivers some features such as dual camera, good screen size and even the speed of the phone is decent enough.nnProblem was with the microphone. People were complaining me against the low voice they were hearing even though the telephone reception was good and I was screaming. I thought this is the problem with that particular handset and I requested a replacement. Flipkart delivered to their promise. They replaced the phone with a brand new Karbonn Smart A50 within 2 days of my request. To ensure that the new handset was working fine, I tested the phone immediately. To my horror, the new phone was worst than the old one. This one did not relay any voice at all! The phone has to held in front as if you are talking in a walkie talkie to get the voice to other side!! It was evident that Karbonn Smart A50 is having issues with its microphone.nnOverall an bad experience purchasing this phone and my suggestion is not to purchase Karbonn Smart A50.

Most-Negative Features of A50:nnThe day i got the mobile from the very first day Karbonn company is sending me a welcome message along with any pending request and this message costing 3 per message everyday..i got embarrassed and complained to flip kart..they told to reset my mobile..but the same thing was going on the next day after doing reset..but now they are not sending any welcome message and now hope for the best.nnPositive Features:nTouch is good.nBoth Camera is good in this price ,but flash is not working.nSound is also OK.

Mine is also same story. Received welcome message "Thank you for registering Karbonn Server" daily 5 times I've spent almost all 500 to 600 Rs. to Recharge for this purpose. I've complained both Karbonn customer care. No action taken to resolve this problem. Finally I've kept nil balance in SIM 1 & using post paid in SIM 2. Now there is no deduction problem. Handset is very poor in speed due to it's low internal memory & RAM.

Not good product battery backup & performance very poor. i requested to all.don't purchase this product..
