Xolo Play 8X-1100 and Canvas Nitro have a lot of things in common and this small review will give you a good idea about what you can expect from these devices.nn# Similarities between Canvas Nitro and Play 8X-1100nBoth Canvas Nitro and 8X-1100 has the same octacore chipset (MT6592w) and same amount of Ram (2GB) .The rear camera is made of a 13MP Sony Sensor which performs quite well. Both have a 5inch 720P IPS screen on the front with good viewing angles. Overall performance of these devices are almost identical. Its fast.nn# Now lets talk about some differences between these octacore devices.nn8X-1100 gives you 16GB internal storage + a micro sdcard slot. It also supports OTG which allows you to plugin pendrives using an OTG Cable (priovided in the box). On the other hand Canvas Nitro only has 8GB internal storage. It does come with an sdcard slot,but strangely doesn't have OTG support. One other main difference is the battery- Canvas Nitro comes on top here as it packs a 2500mAh battery compared to a smaller 2100mAh one on the 8X-1100.nnPlay 8X-1100 comes with a lot more sensors (Gyroscope,Magnetometer,Accelerometer,Ambient light sensor,Proximity sensor,Hall Effect sensor) than Canvas Nitro (Gravity , Light, Proximity Sensor). One other big advantage 8x1100 has over Nitro is that it comes with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.nnIf you compare the overall look of the device, Xolo 8x-1100 comes on the top as it comes with an attractive black and white combination. You don't get a leather back though,like you get on Canvas Nitro.nnEven though both have the same Sony Sensor at the back, the front camera is different. Canvas Nitro has a 75 degree wide angle BSI sensor, while 8X1100 comes with an 88 degree wide angle 5MP BSI camera.nn8X1100 has DTS on board with Dual speakers which is always a nice thing to have. Nitro doesn't come with dual speakers or DTS on board.nn# SoftwarenMicromax has made a lot of software additions to the stock Android Kitkat, like a blinkfeed like news app on the home screen,some cool gestures and widgets etc. Xolo 8X-1100 on the other hand comes with a close to stock Android experience. The flipcase provided in the box has some cool features. Note that Xolo's Hive UI is not available for this device and there is no official word from them yet whether this will get a HIVEInside update.nn# ConsnNitro - No OTG Support and only 8GB Internal Memory.n8x1100 - Smaller Battery, 2100mAh.nNeither Micromax Nor Xolo is promising Android L update.nn# VerdictnOverall both are good devices to own. If you prefer better battery backup, i would suggest to get Canvas Nitro. If you prefer more features like a Gorilla glass,better looks,more internal memory,more sensors,DTS and OTG support, 8X-1100 is far better device to own.

Using this phone for the last 1 week. Really impressed by it's performance. I bought it from a local dealer because I was getting it much cheaper. I have tested it's gaming performance battery backup , camera and browsing etc etc....nHere are the ratings n*Camera - 4/5 nImages are nice and secondary camera is also good. Images can be of large size as of 5 mb and that of secondary camera 2 mb. Also flash is powerful. nBATTERY - 3/5nBattery backup is just ok. After full charge I had about 4 hr of gaming.I was playing Ashalt 8. Batter gets charged quite quickly. It takes about 3 hr to get fully charged.nIt last for a full day if I just use it for facebook and browsing along with music.nSo, the battery is enough for one complete day.n* Also there is not much of heating problem. It just heats up a bit with continuous heavy gaming. nPerformance - 4.5/5 nVery nice performance according to the price range. Really delivers while multitasking. Octa core and 2 gb ram can easily handle the job of surfing, music and some background processes without lags. Installed about 50 apps but did not notice any lag.nAvailable storage - 9.57 gbnAvailable RAM - Around 0.97 GB to 1.1 GB nPlayed MC 4 , Asphalt 8, Asphalt 7 , GT Racing and FIFA 14 without any hang or lags. nDESIGN AND LOOKS 4.5/5 (white)nReally liked the design. Looks like Blackberry Z10. The flipcover has leather finish and a windows at front with magnetic sensors. The color combination is good and looks slimmer than it really is (8.7mm) because half the edge is of black and other half of white so makes it look sleeker and slimmer.nIt is lighter and seems like 120-130g but not sure. nCALL CLARITY - 5/5 nNo problem while making calls. It has noise cancellation which really help. Signals are mostly full. Quite clear voice. nDISPLAY - 4/5nIt really got a wonderful display with amazing viewing angles. Can watch the screen clearly from even 178 degree.(My estimation)nBrightness can be turned very high so I found to easy to use it even outdoors.nIPS display is really clear and really enjoy watching videos on it.nBut the only drawback is that it is HD and not Full HD. (You really cannot demand it in this price range.) nAlso one more thing that I liked is that there is not waste or junk apps in it which you can easily find in Canvas Nitro or Karbonn Octane Plus. It also got GORILLA GLASS 3 which is really a relief.nREALLY VALUE FOR MONEY. nOVERALL RATING - 4.5/5nReally the best buy. Besides this it is an INDIAN Company and I think we should really promote it so that we can also have an Indian Multinational Mobile company. Today Korean, Chinese, American and Japanese company has really captured our marketnAlso its after sales services is also good and can be compared to these MNC's. I know this because it is my 2nd XOLO mobile.nI liked it so much that I spent 1 hr writing this review. :pnWould really suggest this product to all.

The best design that every one will ask you to show the phone,with very great specification like removable battery ,16 GB and card slot two GB Ram you may get all this things But camera is very good and again no unwanted stuff from company, power saving app is the Best one.

Very fast browsing and best is that you have lot's of ram free.,camera is very good, and Having OTG i.e on the go support I have tested it overall very satisfying perches you can feel that ! when every one ask you which phone is that !
