please do not write review about other mobile problem or any seller only write for this mobile so other can easily decide which type of this mobile and xolo q2000 is great mobile i used from last 5 day its camera clarity is too good and 1.2 GHz processor so easy used multitask at same time this is hd mobile so display clarity also good xolo company's all mobiles are good because i used xolo q1000 before that or my friend used xolo q800 all mobiles are good so buy xolo without tension....

@farhan ahmed : Its the after sales service that is being blamed and not the phones . Get ur facts right . Xolo has the worst customer support u could possibily imagine nn1) Customer care number is always busy or they donot respondn2) They promise a pick up but that is a false promise. They dont arrange pick upsn3) Even the metropolitan cities lack service centers . They have just collection points and dont be surprised if it takes more than 20 days to get ur phone backn4) In chennai there is only one service center ( F1 solutions behind ega theatre ) and they are the most unresponsive guys u'll ever seen5) Calls will not be attended or the number will remain switched off / busyn6) U will not get a spare phone during the period of servicen7) this is my experience with Q800 which has been to service for 5 times now which took 4 months collectivelynnBottomline is , it doesnt matter what model it isnbe it q800 or q2000 the service is the same nsave your hard earned money and go for brands like sony or samsungnnow u know why branded phones cost a bitnits for the kind of service they providenBRAND DOES MATTER

hi friends i bought xolo q2000 from another website... iam using the mobile for the past 30 hours... here is my detailed review for xolo q2000nnpros:nn- very bright screen which is ips LCD... 267ppi... its an wonder.. my galaxy note 2 is not worth to b placed near this phone in aspect of looknn- 5.5 inch is really massive as the built quality of the phone is awesome, this is where xolo stands ahead of all indian brandsnn-1.2ghz quad core with 1gb ram... it flawless and no lags... i installed nearly 26 apps as lot of background apps still 480mb of ram is free... doesnt tried much of the gaming but i played subway surfer and dead trigger.. both r wonderful... thanks to PowerVR SGX544nn- camera is 13mp... images are so cool... front camera is ok type.... flash is good but not so powerful compared to xolo q800nn- head phone they provide is a wonder... very good improvement in this section as the headphone is equal to htc beats and again its an wondernn- otg cable supportnn-battery is 2600.. really its wonderful... was browsing through wifi from the morning, hearing songs, videos and about 2 hours of calling but still 35%... its not the best compared to my samsung note 2 but really better than sony xperia phones in this sectionnn- inbuilt is 8gb as 5.67 is user available..hope its really enough for a person like menn- plays 1080p like butter... its really wonderful... and d mobile can record 1080p videosnn- browsing is so so fast bcoz of the processornn- most important thing is the user interface... xolo changed a lot to stay away from other indian brands... as the UI is really wonderful and the themes are marvellousnn- the screen look like an ful hd screen as i dono how xolo did it... iam saying once again about the screen bcoz with this price i bet u wont b getting a screen with this quality from another brands in the worldnn- you are getting a flip cover made by xolo, free scratch guard and an otg cable as a gift from xolo... really fantasticnn- its a dual sim phone but the most important thing is both the sim slots v can 3g sim cards.. again its wondernncons:nn1. expected a dual flash as i felt if its there then surely the camera clarity will b once step aheadnn2. look so big compared to samsung galaxy note2 not suitable for small handsnnnnni wrote two stupid cons bcoz seriously i dont find any cons... dont even think once... just grab one.. dont think abt after sale service and al... nalready wrote a review, after 5 months iam suffering out here. if u planning to buy this phone, kindly give me a call and then decide.n9944349955- prem

I bought the Xolo Q2000 6 months back from flipkart. The phone worked well for 4 months, from then it is giving serious problems. The will switch off on its own and for bringing it back to life i have to remove the back cover and battery and fix them once again and start the phone. nnAt one point of time what ever i do, the phone will never start, then i gave the phone to Xolo service center. They said it is a software issue and gave the phone back to me. But still the problem persists. nnPlease think twice before buying anything from brands like XOLO.

Hi pals!n As you all know that this phone has a good configuration at this price range.nHere are the Problems i found after using it for a fortnight:-nVideo recording can only be done in 3gp format, as there is no option about how to change the quality & format. This is ridiculous for such a featured phone.nThe sim and memory card can only be changed after removing the battery, too bad at times.nWe cannot customize the ringtones for both sims individually.nSimilarly, there is no option for group ringtone.nThe ppi could have been better, but actually it doesn't sucks at all as it plays 1080p videos with outstanding clarity & maintains perfect smoothness while seeking.nThe camera sound cannot be changed by ourselves, switches automatically with profile.nSometimes the keys & touch doesn't respond but get solved by itself soon in seconds.nOther than these, i found this set pretty cool.nnAnd here are the Solutions for some of the problems mentioned earlier:-nFor the camera, use software lg camera pro 6.25 version from play store. This will change the video quality, format, as well as shutter sound for you.nFor ringtone of dual sim, use the app "dual sim ringtones"nAnd similarly for group ringtones use app "group ringtones"nnThis is the only phone I found in such a low price range which provides 3G+ network for both sims, this is quite an exceptional feat.nAlso the battery is superb and gets charged quickly.nSo I think this is the best phone in this price range, just hope it will last long enough.nThanks for reading the review, if i find something else important, i will update soon.
