I bought xolo q800 about 8 months ago. It happened to have some touchscreen problems and eventually it ended up to the service center on 25 th september, 2013. you can do the math and easily see that , it has been more than 2 months since I have seen my phone. they wont return it. i have written at least 30 mails and dont know how many times I had called their support no. Till this day I have not received my phone. Is it just for a 11k worth rs phone this kind of treatment? No. Its because XOLO suc**. Never buy xolo/lava product. Because they are not capable of providing you the service you are worthy of. Dont waste money on XOLO. Never.

T H E Q800 beast is back with full HD recording/playback seamless capablities and the GPU clocked at the original frequency (286Mhz) again.nnXOLO had downgraded the chipset of this phone ealier and removed full HD capablities and underclocked the GPU to 238MHz. And now it's back!nnNo compromises on this phone! Using a Q800 from 6 months. Beautiful and awesome experience! No lag, butter smooth performance, no memory issues, everything full HD ;) , all apps work without problem and multitasking is a breeze with Mediatek MT6589 1.2Ghz Quad Core Cortex A7 chipset and 1 GB LPDDR2 RAM! nnThis IS a gaming phone. It has Imagination Technologies PowerVR SGX544MP GPU @ 286Mhz. Runs all modern games butter smooth at around 30-40fps. (Moder Combat 4, Asphalt 8, Vice City) :)nnThe camera rocks in decent light, but takes a little grainy photos in low light. But, it has got a very powerful flash and that's more than enough in 11.5k!nnBattery is enormous and lasts all day (2100mAh).nnFilled with sensors: Gyroscope, 3 axis Accelerometer, Light sensor, Proximity Sensor, 3 axis Magnetic Sensor.nnDisplay is awesome (960 x 540 @ 245ppi), 4.5 inch LED backlit LCD TFT Display.nnVoice clarity and calling is very clear and loud. (You can tweak the volume in Engineer mode). Google it.nnAlso, this phone looks very classy, just 9.6mm deep and perfect size for a smartphone.nnFrom me, it's a big GO AHEAD! Coolest phone in it's segment.nnNote: This is a rebranded Gionee708W. No quality issues. But from my experience, 1 out of 100 of these rebranded phones seem to have issues. If, by chance you get a piece with issues, just inform flipkart and they'll replace it with a perfect one or still if you aren't satisfied they refund the money. nnI find this phone more comfortable that MMX Canvas HD. But again, XOLO has less service centers. But, you wont need one when you have a perfect piece.nnDo read other reviews about this device and compare it thoroughly. Happy Shopping!

Hello Guyz, If i wanna say about this mobile in simple words it is "REALLY WORTH FOR EVERY PENNY". This mobile exactly looks like GOOGLE NEXUS series.. I bought this mobile through FLIPKART three days ago and i am really impressed after noticing its battery backup and its CAMERA (8MP) quality. (Special Thanks to Flipkart for a quick delivery!!!!) Pictures from this mobile is really good when comparing to my old SONY XPERIA SL (12MP) :-) Played many games with XOLO Q800 X-Edition and have enjoyed a lot. (Is this mobile for GAME lovers!!!) Touch works without any issues.. No lags so far.... It plays FULL HD VIDEOS !!!! It is really producing beautiful colors on the screen !!!! (Is this mobile for VIDEO lovers!!) Only thing is that the SOUND quality is not upto the mark in the ear phone :-( (Its ok.. Too much usage of ear phone will harm your ear ;-)) Sound clarity is really good when it is played via loudspeaker !!!!!! If you are concerned about the Internal memory, pls buy a memory card and move the apps into it and start enjoying the mobile.... XOLO is introducing 20k mobiles in market now.. So hope we will get more XOLO service centers in future !!!!!! Good Going XOLO !!! Pls make a standard in the market by giving such a quality product with a reasonable price!!! Reasons to Like this phone and flipkart : 1: 3rd day delivery Thanks Flipkart i wanted to gift this phone to my wife reached on time. 2: Love the looks feels good weighs good excellent build quality xolo logo in copperish golden luk packs a punch.in its luk.. 3: used the wi-fi to update the apps into the phone installed Games: Temple run , Subway surfer, Asphalt 7, Asphalt 8 airborne, Dead trigger , Dead Space, Call of duty Zombie, downloading more games.. and believe me they play like charm.. very addictive games too. I forgot to tell i ordered 32 GB Sandisk Ultra .Apps and games installed on Sd card no probs. 4: my wife loved it.. she is still into it.. i wish xolo brings out update of jelly bean 4.3 or maybe 4.4 kitkat hahaha ! a bit too optimistic ?? 5: XOLO will prove to be the best Mobile phones and Tablets Company in the world .. as soon as i knew its Indian.. i wanted to buy it even more.. Whoever owns XOLO is my kind of guy.. give the best and Put behind the rest.. Re branding may it be.. but quality.. is of top notch.. expensive phones. Love XOLO A.T.W

{{PROS}}n1) Liked the screen was quite impressed, the pixels are barely visible unless you hold the phone very close to your eye.n2) Can easily use the phone with ten to twelve apps open at the same time, multitasking is great, no freezing at all.n3) The camera is also impressive for a 10,000 buck phone. 1080p recording and playback is great. n4) Games like Asphalt and FIFA play smoothly.n5) Battery life is really cool, it lasts a whole day with moderate browsing and calling.n6) Last but not the least, call clarity is good.nn{{CONS}}n1) A few dim pixels at the right bottom corner of the screen, unlike Apple I don't know if they'll replace it so I have to adjust with that dim area on the screen, really annoying.n2) Use the camera for two minutes and it'll heat up, it gets really warm.n3) It also heats up if you play games that demand a lot of processing by the GPU and CPU.n4) No future updates for this phone, 4.2 Jelly Bean and that's it. I tried rooting it but I have failed, I just can't gain root access.n5) About the camera, you get grainy pics and the videos aren't that clear its a bit grainy too.n6) The lock screen button isn't that acceptable its too thin and small and it doesn't protrude much from the phone it just feels like a small line a small sharp line.n7) The back cover is ok but the area that covers the camera protrudes out and does attract scratches.
