Display and Configuration
The Lava Xtron Mega carries a 10.1-inch IPS LCD multi-touch display with a resolution of 800 x 1,280 pixels and a pixel density of just 149ppi. Doing duty on the inside is a 1.3GHz quad-core Action 7029 processor paired with 1GB DDR3 RAM and PowerVR SGX 540 GPU, so that you don’t have to compromise while dealing with regular applications. It runs on dated Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS which is disappointing.
Camera and Memory
The Lava Xtron Mega is armed with a 2MP snapper at the back which can record WVGA videos, besides a 0.3MP snapper at the front. It has an internal memory of 16GB which is further expandable up to 32GB.
Battery and Connectivity
The main attraction of the Lava Xtron Mega, perhaps, is the mighty 6,000mAh Li-Po battery which provides uninterrupted service for a long period of time. It can be connected via USB port, Bluetooth v3.0, Wi-Fi and GPS.
