I have placed order during The Big Billion Sale and while placing order it was mentioned free laptop bag as part of offer, but when I received the product delivery laptop bag is missing and now following up with Flipkart team and not sure whether will get the committed offer or not.
one thing I have learnt by buying an electronic product like laptop through Flipkart is that there is no after sales service that you will receive either on product demo or software support. Lenovo also declined to provide any support except if it is hardware issue.
Don't go for this. After 1 month, display is not working. So, I gave my laptop to service center. They told its known issue in this series..... Please avoid to buy this.
A goog budget laptop, will do all basic stuff. Like net surfing and office Apps. Nothing more. Big drawback is the clumsiness while converting to a tablet, whichbinfact is its USP. Has its own mood and will change orientation and feel very badly. Also, the screen viewing angles are pathetic. Screen turns illegible after more than a 20 degree tilt.
I think this is by far Lenovo's best product. I have used other stuff of theirs and found them to be short on reliability. But this little powerhouse actually is a notch above. Even today months after I have purchased it, there is still no other laptop that impresses me. What I love about it: 1. Awesome size 2. Touch screen 3. Windows 10 4. SSD for windows startup - really rushes through 5. Fanless design 6. HDMI, USB 3.0, 3 usb ports, micro SD slots, complete tab like functionality with laptop What I didn't like: 1. Screen contrast 2. Terrible glare on screen in any light 3. Not HD 4. Heats up easily 5. And a few more niggles But at this price point I would say this is an awesome piece of tech. Go for it if you arent a heavy user.
