Lenovo Ideapad 320-15IKB (80XL0006US) Laptop (Core i5 7th Gen/8 GB/1 TB/Windows 10)

The Rating is depending on received product condition status. when I received this product the product box packing not so good as compare to I bought the previous product on Flipkart in the packing box bubble sheet pieces over the laptop box not wrapped to the box. nLaptop condition looks goods but I observe the screen and screen frame having the gap and touchpad make noise on cursor moving time most of the time touchpad gestures not work properly having problem page scrolling and window switching. another issue is sometimes laptop not a response to music output in headphone and viewing angle not so good and I also find 1 issue on my laptop hard disk make noise "kat-kat" you able to listen only in silent place.n nWith this issue, I raised replacement request they accepted but Flipkart Wishmaster denied to replacement reason told to me your issue is not matched with our received issue the total mistake from the Flipkart support executive they mention the wrong issue after that I called to Flipkart they say's to be sorry for this and take new request also backend team confirm replacement on 11th April 2018 but next day saw replacement is cancelled again take replacement request and arrange technician visit. in this process, they waste my time and also the waste of money for me this is my first time on Flipkart get Hassle from this order and also suggested to new buyers the provided configuration is ok but laptop build quality is not so good. make disappointed.

Firstly i would say that this is a good laptop for this price range, nWorking decently after 20 days of purchase.nBut now lets talk about problems:-n1) less USB ports and so compactly placed that the pendrives touches eachother and sometimes cannot insert both pendrive at a time. n2) poor battery backup ( last only about 1-1.5 hours while playing games)n3) there is a sound like krrr krrr coming from the harddisk. This problem has started recently and it is so annoying.nnUpdate after 7 monts usage:n1) working decentlyn2) battery backup is pathetic ( in 40 minutes of light gaming the battery became only 50% while it was 99% when i started)n3) viewing angles are not good for the screen
