Bought this laptop with a great deal of excitement. Was received quickly enough , one hour into using it found that there seemed to be No hybrid hard drive. Did further investigation and found that the hard drive installed was a regular hard drive manufactured by Western Digital, model WD10SPCX-24WST1. It can easily be confirmed on the western digital website that this is in fact a normal hard drive. However,on the box as well as the spec sheet inside the box, Lenovo has claimed that it is a 1TB SSHD. nComplained to Flipkart and was able to prove to them that the claim by lenovo was wrong and they offered me a refund or replacement. One of the reasons i bought this model was because of the hybrid hard drive which gives a very short boot time and hence while i was disappointed, i opted for return.nFlipkart policy says that refund is initiated within 24 hours of pickup and should show in the account within a week of initiation. Item was picked up on 17-11-2015 and i am refund also has still not been initiated. I have no missed out on all diwali offers here on flipkart as well as other websites. nnWhat adds insult to injury is that Flipkart keeps removing my genuine review. I am adding it again everyday and few hours later, again it is removed. This is the state of affairs here in India so when you read reviews dear reader, please know, that there are many that may have been deleted.

The laptop that was sent to me has given me a battery life of less than an hour...nnAnd flipkart technical executive is trying to justify that the battery lasts only for less than an hour.nnA Laptop costing 69,000 Rs lasting for one hour when i'm now typing from a Yoga 300 which lasts for more than 4 hours, and the executive is unable to understand this.
Appalling return service. I raised the issue on the same day. The defect has been acknowledged by Flipkart and Lenovo. It has been 13 days since I raised this. They have been postponing the visit by their brand inspector. They test your patience while returning products. Choose carefully. I hope writing this review would not prevent refund. They don't have proper planning or will to accept products.
