So, I'm writing this after my harrowing 13 day ordeal with the flipkart department. I received a defective product on March 2nd, 2017 and immediately called for replacement of it. Flipkart issued a complaint with Lenovo regarding it after 6 days I had ordered the replacement. To make matters worse, I had to call them twice everyday in order to know the status of my replacement. Lenovo was quick to check the product and issue a DOA (replacement) certificate. Even after receiving the DOA on March 11th, flipkart kept me hanging and gave me no updates on my replacement, even though I lashed out at their Escalation Department everyday regarding the replacement. Finally, after receiving no updates, I called them again on 15th March and this time finally, the tech team of Flipkart got in touch with me and finally accepted my return request. I, rather, chose to get a refund instead of a replacement because of what I've gone through with Flipkart. The laptop might be good but I repeat "DON'T BUY FROM FLIPKART(RETAILNET)", They do not care about their customer and suck all the patience out of them. I've had the worst experience I could ever have with the flipkart team. Buy a laptop from a showroom rather than the shitty Flipkart service. WORST ONLINE RETAILER ever.

Grabbed it in sale, everything is fine but display is showing severe backlight bleeding all around the edges and Lenovo doesn't cover this issue in their warranty, it comes in the display limitation. Disappointed
