This laptop was my very first laptop bu from Flipkart and was delivered the very next day and upon using it the very next day the laptop showed Blue screen and shut down 8-9 times in a day after which I got busy and until I figured out that the laptop actually was a disaster with BSOD error and many more problems the return period had expired , hence I opted for a refund which the Lenovo service people denied telling me I had to return it within 7 days of purchasing? Like how can you tell the laptop is a disaster within 7 months eh? Pathetic. The laptop is a BIG FLOP ! I have taken it to service centers like 7-8 times , they replaced the motherboard and hard disk and then formatted it 5 times. Imagine buying a laptop with so many hopes and living in constant fear that it will shutdown anytime.. Even now it shuts down automatically after usage of 3-4 hours continuously ! I'll tell you what this laptop or I have made up a mindset that a laptop from Lenovo sucks BIG time ! My money is down the drain. I am back to using my samsung laptop of 5 years old which is so much better than this bleddy Win 8 O/s lenovo laptop ! DON'T BUY THIS ! YOU'LL REGRET IT LIKE HELL ! I have left it rot in the corner and if some day I pluck up the courage I am going to demand a replacement or perhaps a refund from flipkart.. SIGH. PS: I wanted to give this one a negative minus star but flipkart clearly won't allow that *grim face*
