I agree with all the users that give lenovo products a poor rating. Guys, after sales service when it comes to laptops, is veryyyy important. Lenovo's service is just terrible. The service center people are rude and dont wanna help at all. Onsite warranty is just namesake. They will make you come to the service center eventually. I might need to go to court for consumer complaints. PLEASE DO NOT BUY LENOVO period.
I am overall satisfied with the product. Whatever I expected in terms of looks and performance, I am getting the same in laptop. Price wise the product is packaged very well. I am satisfied with the battery backup, sound etc. I installed Win 7 and all the drivers available on Lenovo web site. Only one thing irked me is that, Flipkart delivered this to my neighbour as I was not at home, that thing I din't expected. Even though I have give clear instruction on mail and by telling to customer care the convenient timing to receive the delivery.
Some 15 days ago I order this, Delivered in two days to me. Robust Packing. Laptop as it was I see it online. Perfectly working, I chose it I knew what it is. So no need to tell about model. I installed Ubuntu and Win7 on it as multiboot OS. Both are working perfectly. Overall experience is nice. Nothing wrong till this time.
I bought it from a retail store 2 weeks back.. overall nice computing experience. we cannot expect another i5 based system for this price.. also it does have led's for caps lock etc. located just below touch pad (down to front panel).
