On 26th June, i ordered this product which was having 1 TB hard disk and touch display but when i received it, the product was not having touch display and the hard disk was 500 GB. When i looked on the website the specification were changed. I immediately contacted the customer care and i was assured that i will be provided proper resolution. Since then i have been calling. I was then told that i will be given 3500 Rs cash back in my credit card account. Then again when i called, i was told that i will be given cash back in flipcard wallet. When i disagreed and told to take back the product, i was assured that i will be given cash back in my credit card account. Every time i call, i have to explain the whole issue to flipkart executives and every time, they assure that i will get a call back in 24 hours but nothing happens. Is this the kind of service being provided by such a renowned site. These people are cheating the customer in the name of customer service. First they are delivering the wrong product, then they are changing the specification on the site, then they are giving false promises of cash back in card account, then they are giving false commitments of giving call back. Its really pathetic on part of flipkart to do all such things to harass the customer. I am really very disappointed and would never purchase or recommend flipkart to anyone in the future.
Lenovo laptop purchased form flipkart has started giving problems to me from the very first day. Internet never gets connected .The page becomes NOT RESPONDING and hangs. I purchased an intel i3 processor but it is not able to run even one webpage with ease. Secondly the USB port on left side of the laptop is so bad tha t anyUSB CABLE,PEN DRIVE GETS STUCK IN IT. and its difficult to put it inside the port. I am a Masters degree student and my whole work takes place in laptop and internet. This was the reason I purchased this product . But this product is pathetic and very bad. I complained to Lenovo but they also refused to send any engineer to home and asked me to take to Service centre. I dont know when i will be able to get time to take it to service centre. Despite being purchased such a branded laptop from such a branded website, I am facing immense problems and is not able to carry out my college work. I will never recommend it to anybody to buy laptops from FLIPKART. I want to rate it ZERO but it doesnot permit me so rating One.
Couldn't give a negative star so highlighted one. POOREST. I bought this laptop as a gift and it came to me as a shock when I saw this was not a touchscreen laptop! Can you believe this? I bought this particular brannd and model ONLY for the touchscreen but I got a laptop with absolutely NO TOUCHSCREEN feature! It has been 3 days and the Flipkart people still don't know whether it was a typo in the specifications of their product or was it a wrong product delivered. It cost me a bomb and they keep telling me I should wait for a call in the next 48 hours! Flipkart is losing out on the TRUST factor.
Since I too had the same experience as Mr.Siju Manuel, I am just repeating his message. I booked laptop for my daughter since she is joining the eng college next week. After ordering first i received mail that there will be a change in hard disk size from 1TB to 500GB. i can either opt for refund of 3500 or additional hard disk.i opted for refund 3500. I received a message now saying my order was CANCELLED (that too WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) because the courier partner was unable to deliver it. But the truth is WS retail already shipped from Delhi thru ekart logistics and reached the sort facility near my area and about to out for delivery. For unknown reason the courier has returned the product to Bangalore ware house. The tracking says shipment is returned by seller.
This isn't the mistake of flipkart guys and girls , so stop complaining about it , and the product has to come from a different place so even they dont have the product at the time of order to check the specifications and confirm 'em , its the fault from lenovo , even the official lenovo store has it listed in their touch devices , though inside their specs , the touch isnt mentioned , although this particular model will come with the touchscreen soon , so wait for it . thankyou , btw i confirmed it after calling the lenovo .
