The actual colour of this laptop is Black atleast the piece i received is black. The keyboard is the best part i am able to type very convieniently compared to other laptops. It is a very good budget laptop with dedicated graphics and awesome build quality. Though it lacks core i5, the performance is very good. Please note that this laptop ships with no os preinstalled so make sure you have linux or windows installation cd with you. I have installed ubuntu 64 bit and it is working great. The laptop was delivered within 4 days...
Hi, I like the config. of this laptop. Screen, Keyboard is so good. Graphic card function seems annoying to me. We can not select ATI graphic card as default device. it switches between intel graphics and ATI gpu while running. I would like to have function to have ATI as default. Speaker are below touchpad so sound comes like pressed. Also volume not louder. Other brands provide a very good volume. overall config is goood except speaker.

agree with all other users have mentioned about Lenovo G570 Series of Laptop, does not really make a difference to the issue faced by me. Within a month of use the left hinge came off ...just like that. I remember the same issue with my earlier HP nx 6400 (design defect). However this laptop is purely used at home and i checked sa lot of Lenovo forums... rampant problem across the globe!!! Too much for LENOV. have just sent a requset by mail founder warranty ... lets wait and see
This Lenovo laptop is good till my recent usage for 3 months. Good processor speed. Adequate RAM for high end usage. i used windows 8 initially but the drivers for AMD graphics did not work. Used Ubuntu 12.04 where the Ralink RT3090 wifi card did not work properly. Then installed Windows 7 where it works as expected. The Ralink driver worked in Linux mint after doing some mind boggling research and installing some packages.Thou the mobile broadband connection like for tataphoton is still having issues. Despite all this its an awesome hardware provided by Lenovo, who extended the Warranty to 3 years from 1 year. Thumbs up to flipkart for their service. I will recommend to go for this laptop, since no one can compete at this price.
