Poor Laptop

Poor Laptop, some of the buttons in the keyboard keeps on hanging. It don't start properly and asks whether to start in Safe Mode etc. Some of the buttons don't work. Hard Drive is around 650 GB as against 750 GB. Some of the keys don't work. Not possible to play games like NFS as keys keeps hanging.
