First of all i didn't get this from flipkart because when i looked for it here, unfortunately it went discontinued.I bought it from local dealer for 49.5k with mouse and usb 4gb as freebies and also a lenovo backpack to carry.If your budget is max 50k, you would not regret to buy this laptop. Coming to its build and looks, it's great.. build with a metallic finish it always feels cool and light brown body and dark coloured lid & keyboard give it a visual feast. Very decently built and it has speakers that sound loud and crisp but lacks proper bass. audio quality is very good so is it's island style keyboard. It weighs only 2.2 kg for a 15.6 display and almost as thin as an ultrabook, good thing it has inbuilt optical drive and an inbuilt 4-cell battery to give it an ultrathin look. It's performance is awesome for a laptop less than 50k. the i5 processor can almost do any task put to it, be it gaming or encoding or multi-tasking. nvidia gt 645m is almost similar but little less performer than the famous 650m which is found in high end gaming laptops in india but with the standard display being 1366x768 it is very much sufficient to play games getting proper fps even at high and medium detail settings in modern games.Ensures that this video card is future proof for next 3-4 years with its kepler architecture. The display is fine, it's easier to read text and clearly large enough.. has little less contrast ratio but still u will have the hdmi port to connect to external monitor or tv for hd movies or viewing images or even gaming if the 645m can grasp those fps. we get sufficient ram 6gb and huge hdd 1 tb to store data, also a 1 mp webcam is very cool.. but small con is it has only one usb 3.0 while other 2 ports are 2.0 Everything else is fine, getting proper wireless card, ethernet.. but the 4 cell battery is a con if u need more battery backup. anyways with optimus enabled it gives 3 hours battery with medium brightness and a bit of browsing. What more do u need for a little less than 50k, u get a very good gaming laptop that is future proof and 2 years warranty support for a brand that is world famous and leading manufacturer of laptops.

Well I would like to write apart from the Config mentioned above. 1. The MOUSE PAD has multi gesture facility. Two fingers, Three fingers, Four fingers, Five fingers has its own functionality. Very useful while normal browsing, viewing photos, scrolling mailbox etc. 2. Battery Backup: I get atleast 4-5 hours of Battery backup with "Maximum Battery Life" option enabled. 3. Very sleek light weight laptop with Optical drive inbuilt. Beautiful design as well 4. 6GB Ram, 1HDD, i5 3rd Generation Processor, 2GB Nvidia Graphics CONS: 1. Has total of 3 USB ports of which just one USB 3.0 and other two USB 2.0, I wish there would have been extra one USB 3.0 or all three to be USB 3.0 :( 2. There is no VOLUME control, play/pause dedicated buttons neither any "fn" keys for this. You need to manually goto apps and use its shortcut, example, if you are using Winamp then you need to open Winamp and hit "B", "C", "Z" for next, pause, previous respectively. Sometimes having a dedicated key makes it easier while gaming, coding. PS* : I HAVEN'T PURCHASED IT FROM FLIPKART,

I have been using this laptop for over a month and i must say that it is simply amazing .... pros: *Nvidia gt645m now at this price no other company offers this and almost all games run on medium to maxed out graphics.. *windows 8 preinstalled *3rd gen ivy bridge processor, 6gb ram, 1TB hdd , 15.6" screen.. *superb speakers , Super Loud and super clear. *remains cool even on continuous use of over 6hrs. No probs while watching full hd vids and while multitasking.( but it heats a bit on intensive gaming so if gaming is the sole purpose for buying this laptop i would suggest one should also shell out a few bucks for a cooling pad flipkart does have some nyc cooling pads at reasonable rates) cons: there arent any cons as such but *Battery life only upto 3-4 hrs I really feel this is really the best laptop under 50000 INR . more than satisfied with my purchase. I bought this laptop around 3 months back when I was going abroad for higher studies. Now having used it for 3 months , I can say that i am completely satisfied and happy with my buy. Let me categorize what i liked and disliked about this laptop: What i liked: 1) Stylish and sleek design (looks really cool) 2) Awesome sound Quality- dolby Home theatre v4 3) Delivers good performance. I run bulky softwares like SDKs, Simulators, oracle Vm virtual box and still it runs fine and fast. 4) boots fast -may be because of windows 8 feature but i like it. I reboot it every 3-4 days and still i don't find it behaving strangely. 5) island style keyboard and good metallic base. what i didnt liked: 1) No back-lit keyboard (i hope it was there) 2) plastic finish in some corner portions (demands use with care) 3) Screen Resolution could have been better- 15.6 inch laptop with 1366*768 resolution - calls for more. What is OKish: 1) battery performance - decent- runs for 4 hours 2) Heating - not much 3) Camera- 1 MP Verdict: A good looking powerful laptop in 50K budget. A few more features could have helped but - hey u cant get every thing in 50K. Advice: A very good option in 50K range. You wont be disappointed.

Its a very good lappy for this price range....the main thing that can be pointed out its Nvidia GT645M 2gb graphics which is absolutely amazing when u play hardcore games like Crysis 3,Deadspace etc... *this lappy luks amazing with its sleek body nd nice finish.. a slight problem i would like to get into notice of flipkart is that it does not have backlit keyboard....(its not provided fr this model in india) Else its an amazing lappy....nd GO FOR IT... *PS...i didn`t buy it frm flipkart...
