Product is Ok, but if you face any problem in TV, you wont get any assistance from LG Service Centre as happened with me. On facing a technical problem, I registered a complaint (Complaint No. RNA140820044425) on LG Service Centre. After 5 days of registering my complain a technician visited to my home. He told me that a part of it needs to be repaired for which I confirmed him to do so. Since then I have tried more than hundred times to contact that technician/local customer care but neither that technician nor local LG customer care (Bharuch Branch, Gujarat) is picking my phone. I have made more than 10 calls to LG Customer care and they just assure me that you will receive a call from us within 24 hours, but till date I have not received any call. So now I am planning to purchase another TV, but obviously not LG.

guys,ni ordered this TV model on christmas eve for my parents in an exchange offer for my old colour TV. nI got the delivery from FK next day morning at around 10:00. Now this is super fast by FK. nnI then called up the LG customer care no. and informed them about the installation of my new TV. They sent in the person by 3:00 the same day and they installed it in half an hour..that again is fast. Thanks LG for the fast response. nNow for the TV review..nIt is just awesome for the price i got it in Rs.9700/-.n-TV Clarity is superb.n-Sound is good.n-The wall mount unit is neat.n-USB drive is on the side, a bit difficult t access in a wall mount position, but not an issue...n-Wide range of movie / pic formats can be played thru ur USB drive.

Good picture quality, but sound quality is not good. though it is loud but voice seems as if it comes out of box hence connected to external woofer and speaker. nLG will give free installation for the first time and if you do wall mounting / take the wall mounting kit from LG hen from nxt time onwards they will charge will be 550. More over if you dont go for wall mounting and after a year of purchase decide for wall mounting LG will charge 550 for installation and 750 for mounting kit, so I have taken the kit but not done the wall mountain due to space issue.

This is a good TV in picture and sound wise... It was arrived to us after the second day we ordered in flipkart.. Everything went smooth till here..n We called the LG helpdesk to install the TV, LG call center guy told us that they won't support this if we buy LG product at online.. But he provided some reference no still for installation.n Next day LG person came with a Mall mount and he asked Rs.870 for fixing the TV(Service+walmount).. We argued him, but he said that he can't provide the WALLMOUNT if we purchase the LG products in online... Be aware of some terms&conditions of LG when we purchase their products... I hate to buy LG products...
