Flipkart sends their own installation engineer to install this LED. If you contact LG directly the installation and demo is chargeable. If you want to get a wall mount installation then you will have to purchase it yourself or contact the brand and then a flipkart engineer would visit to install the LED. Also if an LG engineer installs the LED the 30 day replacement warranty goes out of the window..nnNow i dont believe that it takes rocket science to install a LCD or LED... but its pure common sense that once its installed only then you'll check if it is working fine or not...nnI thought purchasing stuff online was to make your life easy..

I purchased this TV in Big Billion Sale only @ 16,750 (1000 App +1750 SBI card discount) So Best in Price. nGot my Product in Scheduled time period (Perfect timing). also on next day Engineer came and completed installation so very happy with service of flipkart. But a bit annoying installation process Seriously your installation engineer was so lazy.nnBox contains LED TV + Table Stand (liked it so much) + Remote (With 2 AAA size batteries) + Power cord.nFlexy wall mount is also for free but it is not provided in box. During Demo & Installation I got that mount. nIts IPS HD LED TV and I am using Airtel Digital TV (Not HD) for watching regular channels (SD channels). Initially I thaught SD channels will not look clear but when I started my TV, I was totally surprised even from 7 to 8 feet distance I can see clear picture. Amazing Picture clarity. nI also read some reviews about installation that LG provides you paid installation but in my case that is not true. nAs LED TV Delivered to my home in evening I got a message about Installation and demo scheduled for my TV from flipkart. Tv is good, but it don't have free installation, installation will additionally cost you around 1900, nAdditionally no VGA input,unable to attach desktop to it.nit plays dual audio mkv movies, but s plays only default audio, still not found how to select audio.

Contrary to the popular belief, i've had a smooth experience purchasing this TV on Flipkart.nnI can't quite fault the TV because you know what you're getting here. A basic LCD screen TV with LED backlight. This makes it pretty evident that it wouldn't do wonders. Although, when I plugged in USB and watched a Blu Ray print movie, the experience was, to put it in a phrase, 'exceeded expectations.'nnThat's with the TV. Coming to the overall shopping experience, it exceeded the expectations too.nnDelivery, on time.nInstallation, within 3 hours of delivery.nInstallation charge, zero.(although the engineer asked if I would like to pay him any sum, I denied and he left without another word)nWall Mount, brought in by the engineer.nnI believe this is the best TV in this price range, so anyone who's in with a doubt, DO NOT HESITATE.

tv is good but doesnt support audio jack for external speakers or earphones , and flipkart doesnt provide wall mounting bracket which is big head ache to get it from outside and fixed . nnconclusion : good product with great clarity .
