Delivery & Installation Service : Delivery was delayed by only 1 day. Installation was on time in our locality of Hyderabad.nYou need to record the demo session otherwise you will forget which MODE is for which cloths. nnWorkings: Its a very good washing machine and hardly makes any noise. Washing quality is also very good. nLG should publish online washing videos for different modes. nnCons: We are a family of 6 (4A + 2K), you can imagine the amount of cloths for washing. This is an issue, where we have to use it daily and running cost will be high for a front-load automatic. nFor 12days it already consumed a 1kg Surf Excel. nNeed to check power bill by the end of the month as its a 1700W machine.
The washing machine was booked on 13th November . The delivery of the machine happened on 14th November itself. Flipkart needs to be given full credit for that.nActual problem will start later on. The machine will be not be commissioned for net 10 to 12 days. In my case not yet commissioned as of 27-Nov-15 All the calls made to flipkart Customer Care in this regard are of no use. Promptly every second day I receive a mail informing me with the standard message "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by " . I have so far received 6 emails with different dates. nEmails sent to customer support in this regard will receive automated responses.
Washing machine washes pretty well so far. Dont have anything to complain yet. nnVery Fast Delivery and installation from FlipKart.nnHowever please be weary of the installation person upselling many items to you like, the washing machine stand, and other items.nnI ended up with a installation bill of nearly Rs. 3000. they charged me for a hose extension, washing machine cover etc, extension hose etc. It might have made more sense if I was automatically prompted by Flipkart, and I could have purchased these directly from flipkart.nnThe installation guy also tried to sell me other items, that I think were not really needed.
I have ordered this product LG 7.5 kg Washing Machine from Flipkart and it took 18+ days for the courier team to call me for delivery in my native Tuticorin and they asked me whether I can come and pick up the product...!!! I am not sure what was done to the product in the past 18 days so cancelled the order. Worst courier partner contract from this Flipkart.
