As such product is good and hence two stars. The washing machine was supposed to be used by elder persons who don't have much knowledge on washing machines. Now the persons who came for installation didn't provide any proper demo. The were rude even after requests. I lodged complaint on Flipkart for a re-demo. They accepted to re-demo but so far 10 days past no one came for providing the demo. Every time I call customer care they say "it will done in another 24 hours".
expected delivery. good packing. prompt installation by flipkart service partner(JEEVES). till now machine working fine. superb washing. while rotating pin drop silence. earlier my ifb washing machine has lot of noice. superb silence and superb speed.
Yeah surely fast delivery and perfect no damages exact product... waiting for installation
