Giving the reviews less because of installation process. Installation team members does not know more about the functionality. They try to give demo very fast and without letting any practical demo. Machine shakes/spinning very much on drying. I have place it on marble floor then also. Plz don't put this machine on any stand otherwise it will damage your machine. As it can fall down from it. As vibration is very high and machine moves from its original position to other positions. Reported complaint in LG support. When installation team came again for the 3rd time and check again. Then it was due to their fault that it was vibrating. They doesn't install it properly and they left some screws at the back of it and it was not uninstalled. So, it was very poor demo service due to that we need to suffer a lot.
