User Reviews for LG JS-Q18BPXA 1.5 Ton Inverter Split AC

I have been using this Lg 1.5 ton inverter ac for last 4 days in my 18x13 feet room in Karnal, Haryana. Cooling is very impressive.. It brings my room temprature down from 34 Degree to 26 Degree in just 15 minutes. Minimum temp it attained is 21 Degree in my 234 square feet room.

I ordered it on 15th april and got it delivered on 17th april by flipkart officials with perfection. Now coming to the installation, I called lg customer care just after my ac got delivered and the lg officials came within one hour. They installed my ac within two hours and I had a great experience with them! I paid 499 only (lg offer for split ac else it would cost 1770) for the installation plus cost of odu stand ,water pipe and power cable which was approx 1000! Now I am using this ac since two days and it is just awesome. You have to turn off the ac as it makes the room so chilled! It is just consuming 0.80 unit per hour of running i.e. highly efficient!Its Himalayan cool mode just lowers down the room temperature fastly and then you can switch to normal mode! Its very silent too! So guys go for it without any hesitation! just ignore the bad reviews here! Thank you lg and flipkart for such a great product!

Energy saving function is not working properly after few weeks

flipkart wont support shipping on first floor as they said. they put the ac on ground floor and demanded service lift at personal room even. after calling they canceled my booking. But i gave money to courier persona and then they put my ac to the room . till then even flipkart cancered my ordered. after few minutes they found the ac deleivered and they auto booked the installation by jeeves. very poor flipkart service apart from that ac is working from last two days . cant say much about that now. but flipkart did very bad. if we cancel something and call customer care to reorder the same they wont but in this case they did. zero star

Dont go with lg split ac at all, it is worst ac because , we have bought 3 lg ac including my 2 friends and none of the lg is able to cool on time and we are not able to feel that we are sitting in room where is ac is on, and other hand my other company ac working very good, one thing i want to told you that i have bought ac online and my both friends bought it from lg showroom but results are same, worst ac from lg dont go with lg ac, sorry lg but your is get 1 out of 10.
