The AC came quickly and boxed well. All parts specified included. Has a beautiful design of flowers across the front, and with the HC, Monsoon, and Bug Repellent sonic features, we were curious to try them out. We live in Goa and the humidity is still high even in early November so the dehumidifier part of the AC worked hard to pull the water out of the atmosphere. As there was so much humidity, there is a smell at first in the cooling system and compressor trying to pull the humidity. It worked.. and after two days of running the smell vanished. I don't know yet about the mosquitoes....haven't seen any, but the windows are closed with screens. The HC or Himalayan Cooling (High Cool) goes to work right away to increase the fan and the cool temperature, plus speed of the swing. The room (large living/dining room) was cool in minutes! Also, it's quiet. Read the book before you start using the remote as there are so many features, and like smart TV's, it reacts a little slower than older models. Too many commands at the same time seems to slow down the reaction time even more. Now the installation part: Watch whom LG has contracted with to install! We got two young men (boys), and we told them to pay attention to aligning the AC correctly between two windows. I told them I wanted it straight and centered. The one young fellow told me he knew what I wanted and could easily do that. So they started drilling holes in the red sand bricks (a big fat unavoidable mess!), and put the AC up on the frame work that hangs it. It was off four inches to the left of center! He told me that he could not put it any place other than he had it. Luckily, a man was here who also is knowledgeable in AC installation and was putting in a heavy duty electrical outlet for the AC. He told them they screwed up and made them reset the AC to the right. They took it off the wall, and had to enlarge an already big hole for the water pipes, and drill all the AC hanger holes again! This caused another HUGE MESS which this time could have been avoided if they had hung it right in the first place! And it is still not in perfect center which simple measuring knowledge would allowed them to do right. These guys drilled two holes for the electric cord in the wrong place and had to drill a third! They had no ladder when they came and even had to borrow pliers to finish the work. Now I will have to deal with LG on this issue as we still owe for the installation. Watch the men and pray they are professional!

The AC works well and was delivered in time as promised. Satisfied with the product as well. good product but below message for bad service for installation i called customer service 3 times and they providing me request order number through sms to my phone from that time i called many time to LG local service visakhapatnam number but local service provider was not lifiting phone and answer me so i make the installation by other technical person on 4 day after collected my product then after 5 days i got a call from local LG service enquire for installation i asked her about my call to there number she simple says in a day they have to answer many call she dont want to answer any calls this his not right answer and service..............
