Nice washing machine.. here are some pros and cons:nnPros nn1. Sleek design and occupies less space.n2. Less noisy (atleast makes less noise then my previous semi automatic machine) n3. Has Fuzzy logic nnCons:nn1. No wheels or casters.. this makes it hard to move around this machinen2. Although flipkart mentions free demo/installation, you wont get any such facility.n3. If you get paid demo/installation also (which I required as I needed some extension pipe etc.) the person they (LG) sends is more of a salesman and less of a technician (atleast in my case). He will try to sell you n number of accessories.nnnOverall the product is good and probably the best in this price range.nnReview:n4/5 for productn2/5 for flipkart (for providing wrong information on their website)nnFlipkart needs to check the information they provide on their website is correct. Kindly remove the below information under Installation and demo.nnStandard installation and demo is provided free of cost.nAfter delivery of your Washing Machine, you will receive a ticket number via message. Flipkart provided me this washing machien for Rs 17,500 while same was available in market for much higher price of Rs 20,000. Delivery was very well on time and installation and demo services were provided by Flipkart from LG free of cost..!! Good job!

I ordered on Big App Shopping day 22-June-2015 for Rs.16290/-nIt was sent by GATI Courier Service & delivered on 26-June-2015nnInstallation-nAfter delivery, Flipkart sent me a Ticket No. for Free installation within 3 days. After 2 days i got a mail from Flipkart stating the Free Installation Ticket is closed since Installation people informed Flipkart that "Customer did Self Installation". But they never called me or contacted me. Then i raised a complaint by calling customer care, they took extra 2 more days to resolve the issue. At the end of assured date they again mailed me asking for extra 2 more days to solve the issue... As I was fed up with these extra 2 more days mails, I called LG Customer Care Service and got Washing Machine installed by them paying extra Rs.350/-nnProduct-nIt doesn't consist of any wheels for easy movement so a stand with wheels is required which cost me around Rs.600/-nInlet/Outlet pipes provided were little short for my needsnIt does the job pretty well with less noise and vibrations...nnOverall-nA great Product from a reliable brand and worst/nill Flipkart Free Installation service

Installation & Demo also get done within 24 hrs of delivery at free of cost.nThe product is best at this price offering no. of features. Washing quality is also good.nOverall a complete satisfaction.
