Brought a 1 ton, 2 star lloyd ac. It is giving me trouble since the first day.I went and registered my complaint in their webpage and also called up the dealer, its been 10 days and they are not even responding. The service guys do not pick up their calls, nor does the customer care.nnI even tried calling up their regional managers and HQ guys, even they dont pick up their calls. it so weird that even their toll free customer care number is useless and they dont pick up calls. (just try calling 18001200600, if they ever attend your call I assure you a personal gift of 1000 bucks :-D)nnBuy at your own peril and please do understand that a good service network is quintessential for any consumer product. So better to stay away. Their service exists only in advertisements.

Pathetic AC's and even worse customer care. Have hardly used the Ac and water keeps leaking. No cooling. Don't waste ur money

I purchased this AC seeing copper compressor and affordable price but what is the use of all this when the AC does not COOL and the Customer Service is not reahable. LLOYD's Customer Care is pathetic to say the least. They are not reachable via toll free numbers, App or web portal. There area Service Managers in Delhi are rude and non-cooperative. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED.
