Fast and safe delivery by flipkart as usual 5/5 don't wait for flipkart to initiate installation. when delivered, just call micromax customer care and they will do the rest .. Micromax service was superb . installed it the very next day. Now talking about the product. just installed by service guy TV quite looks big and slim Picture quality is average, don't expect too much Colour production is not that much good sound is not that much impressive played Full Hd videos and it plays fine But considering the price Range, this is a very good deal

Feedback of product (40A6300FHD): Ordered this product on 26th Apr, next day got delivery. Pros: 1. Look of the 40 Inch product is perfect. 2. Sound quality is awesome Cons: Copied multiple files in USB and tried to play one by one, 1. Its not giving quality of Full HD (So if you are looking for perfect HD quality go for some other product or might be some other models of Micromax) 2. Played multiple .mkv format videos, some played successfully but for few of them only Video is showing with error showing 'Unsupported Audio Format' 3. Played .mp4 format, not able to play (Video format not Supported error) Feedback of Flipkart's post sales Service: Pros: 1. Perfect on-time product delivery from Flipkart, next day got product delivered. Cons: (As a customer, faced many Disappointments from Flipkart after Product received) 1. Ordered Micromax 101cm (40) Full HD LED TV (40A6300FHD) on 26th Apr and next day i.e. 27th Apr received it. On-line customer can check quality only after receiving the product OR can rely on existing reviews, so the same i did. After receiving product checked TV by playing multiple Video files and 1st thing i found that Quality of display is not Full HD and 2nd thing that some .mkv files are not playing properly only video is coming with error "Audio format not supported" , also .mp4 video is not supported. 2. I checked that, the model 40A6300FHD i ordered is the old one and the latest model i.e. 40Z9540FHD is also available by the same seller (i.e. OmniTechRetail) having exactly same discounted price which i paid, so immediately next day Within 1 day of delivery i.e. on 28th Apr i raised my concern with Flipkart by all communication mode (i.e. Phone & Mail) mentioning that after paying good amount of money if i am not satisfied with the quality of product there is no use to retain it. So i requested Flipkart to either return product or exchange model 40A6300FHD with latest one 40Z9540FHD (or some other latest 40 inch Micromax model of same range) 3. Got response from Flipkart that No RETURN (return money) or EXCHANGE (with other model) Policy for the product is provided :-( , only one can REPLACE the product with same Model if found some issue by Technician. With full disappointment i raised a ticket to provide Technician visit so that at-least i could show HD quality & video file support issue, got mail from Flipkart that they have arranged the technician visit for the above product and it will be done by April 30, 2017, So waited at home for technician whole Sunday 30th Apr but got no call or notification. Not expecting this kind of Customer Experience from Flipkart. Within one day if customer is not fully satisfied with product quality , at-least customer should have option to return product & get his hard-earned money back OR if some latest suggested model is available by the same seller with exactly same price provided than EXCHANGE should be provided.

Pls don't buy this product.Display quality of this led is pathetic and when I requested for engineer visit they also denied it. If you wanted to buy FHD led pls raise your budget and go for another brand.
