Here is the review after using it for some days. (I will keep updating this as time passes to keep you guys informed, if flipkart allows )nFirst the goods:n1: Picture quality is quite good, almost at par with Samsung, LG.n(have to keep the brightness on a bit higher side, for better results)n2: Runs all files, which I have tried. (I mean all formats of movies), if someone is not able to play any type of format, most probably he is missing something in terms of settings.n3: Sound is ok on higher volumes.nnNow not so good things:n1: The sound is just ok, good, ,, but not too high when playing movies from pen drive/hdd, (Can't hear the dialogs of some movies properly) so may need to attach external speakers for loud sound. (But this issue is with many LED TV's, even with Samsung)nnNow the thing which Micromax really needs to improve upon to get going and to zoom: (I mean the bad things)n1: The quality of remote is not good.The buttons are not up to the mark.n2: There software is not good enough :ni: The subtitles are very small in font. We get to stain eyes reading them. (and we get to read them, because the volume is not up to the mark)nThere is no option of increasing font size of subtitles. (My 4-5 years old Samsung LCD TV has this option)nii: No option to change the position of subtitles.niii: No option of changing the timing of the subtitles (my old Samsung LCD has that)niv: There are some other small software issues I found within 2-3 days, but that can be managed.nnI have asked the customer care of Micromax, for the font issue. I had very less hope.nAnd I was right, they don't even understand what I am talking about. nSo unless someone technical or from software updation team, from the company, knows the issue, something may be done.nThere technician also came, but he also had no clue about it.nI request Flipkart to work with micromax to resolve my issues.nnAlso I am planning to buy a 5.1 ch speakers or a sound bar to attach with it. User Review of Micromax 40T2810FHD 101 cm (40) LED TV, (Full HD), brought from Flipkart in November 2014. I brought Micromax 40 inch LED TV from Flipkart around 3 weeks back. I was able to exchange our old CRT TV 29 inch in working condition (Philips brand) for Rs.2,000. Flipkart arranged TV delivery before time, product was well packed, well handled in a Big Van. Once I placed my request for TV installation, Flipkart arranged Sunil Kumar for the TV Installation at our Bangalore South West location within 2 days’ time. I was satisfied & very impressed with the job done during TV installation and demo process. Sunil was able to handle all my questions and was patient enough to explain in detail. I must have asked around 20 questions & I was satisfied & impressed in the whole process. I had checked this TV’s performance at retail outlets, prior to making a decision. I found the visual, audio performance of this LED 40 inch TV at par or better than top 5 well established brands. Pricing is just right for a common man in India, the made in India tag makes it better and makes me proud too. I would suggest following under User mode for best results: Backlight 80, Contrast 65, Brightness 45, Colour 40, Sharpness 25. Colour depth, contrast, & brightness are adjusted under user mode for best results. Volume levels are more than desired, well balanced, clear and loud. If you have a home theatre then you can plug audio output and enjoy 2.1 or 5.1 or 7.1 speakers. You can give PC/laptop output to TV via 2 HDMI or AUX. I have not yet checked the DVD output. TV feels light on hands when you lift it. Suggestion to manufacturer, if the back/rear side audio, video buttons/plugs can be moved to left or right side closer to tv frame, so that it will make it easier to plug or unplug cables. TV frame is elegant with a 2 cms of steel frame at bottom, overall good looking n smart feel, tv remote feels light in hand and works smoothly. I am using HD STB box from dish TV. HD channels like Discovery HD, National Geo HD, TLD HD, Colours, History, Star Sports HD1, HD2, Sony Sports HD, TEN etc... comes alive in true colour and great details…real Full HD. It feels like you’re watching movies or sports in a real arena/stadium. Suggested TV viewing distance is 8 feet and behind… The other non HD channels look average if viewed from a distance but if you move closer to the screen .. say 2-3 feet you will feel it looks very blurred. This problem does not persist in the HD channels though, but you won’t get a better TV in this price range. Overall thumbs up...definitely recommendable and great product by Micromax and delivered by Flipkart. You can take a decision with full confidence & eyes closed to buy this product. regards, Santosh

Don’t maintain a customer care to say - I am sorry for the inconvenience n- I have recently ordered Micromax 40T2820FHD 101 cm (40) LED TV from flipkart which get delivered on 14 the fed as expected but installation never done.nnFew facts,n1. Installation need to get done at heart of Kolkata (One of the Major city of India)n2. Have dropped mail on it [Ref id : 150221-047660]n3. Called customer care [Ref id : 37407097] – 90 % of the calling time they say I am sorry for the inconvenience rather trying to resolve the issue and get work aroundn4. No communication done from their end till I ask for something.nMy point - why you sell a product when you don’t have that proper support. Come to US. Look at Amazon. Even with USPS delivery service they are better than you. Please avoid such situation where you have nothing to say rather “I am sorry for the inconvenience”.nIt was a gift to my family for world cup.I have exchanged my old TV nHave you ever think not to take away the exchanged product before installing the new one. I think you are more busy with revenue and marketing and hard to have time to think the very basic things.nnIf there is any blocking to post it in flipkart site I will post it on social media with all hash tags and help others to open their eyes.

good TV on its range, nice display to see, i will recommend to buy this product, only thing that i did not understand wt is difference between model no: 40T2810FHD and 40T2820FHD
