Unfortunately this tv is a crap to buy.. Its been 4 month i had bought this tv it has given me headache its sceen panel is the worst panel i have ever seen..in these 4 months i had to get it repaired 2 twice i dont know for what reasons my screen gets this vertical lines although i do not use it for longer time..anyway i would advice not to buy this product
Very poor product. .. Had plenty issues with the product delivered by flipkart. ... There were multiple repair done.... Thanx to micromax they replaced it with new model till now it is working fine but replaced model doesn't seems to similar as the actual one.
DO NOT BUY MICROMAX PRODUCTS... their service is really very poor.... I had purchased this TV in April and within 6 month it stopped working.....now Micromax service center won't even responding to me.... Waste company.
In 6 months the TV got repair and when asked for service no one is responding properly... Its been 20 days now that the TV is in repair state... Everyday when we follow up they service people give stories ... My suggestion is please don't buy... If there is a possibility I will give 0 star
After Using the TV for 1 year it's very important to know that the TV is very bad. Trice I have to change the motherboard in last 1 year is still in warranty but soon it's warranty will expire. Very bad TV the technical guy is telling ki it's happen sometime but not trice in a year. Don't buy micromax TV.
