Dear indian citizen iam from chennai unfortunately my bad time purchased one 50"/ledtv/50c7550from flipkart and installed by flipkart wrongly installed by flipkart that tv fell down by cyclone unfortunately I have been approached flipkart n mmx concerns both the concerns asking my purchase details n invoice guarantee card details after received it with in my guarantee period my tv panel broken both of them given duplicate ticket service reference number were given more than 52 both of them boikating consumer service n consumer laws both were involved un fare trading business both if them dragging my issues after my complaints registered TN211216-1238194 my gurantee period Came to an end 6-1-2017 now online business concern fraudulent flipkart wash their hands guide me to go n get remedy only from mmx brand concern again I have conduct chennai BSM MR.G.MAHESWARAN he also asking all documents fromthe beginning and also in mean time create one drama by mmx concern send 2agent ZAXIS service n CE syond service agent both of them send mail to me "your complaints reference no above said your tv panel was broken after gurantee period asper the our mmx company norms you are not eligible for free service you must pay and get service for that your tv service chargesRs:32290/by ZAXIS service Rs:31984/by CESYRON service but whereas that mmx same tv sizen model from sri kumaren electronics open selling new tv priceRs30700/-I have been send that c quotations by mail to mmx n flipkart both of them still denied my consumer serviceeven my self accepted nominal charges both of mmx n flipkart were continues lying n involved fraudulent activities my issue's stull pending MORE than 4MONTHS my bother n sister of Indian citizen don't buy very world worst tv n consumer service no one ask as a service charges over and above the new tv price is been injustices more over no one ask like this service charges any where in this world only from mmx and its owner vikash jain n his associates n idiotic employeesmy friend don't buy mmx don't recommend any one people through these flipkart n mmx both were doing cheating business against innocent public of indusn people we are all educated just one minutes became a consumers to think one tv panel cost more than new tv price means who will pay where us my consumer service where is my consumers law n service in India who will take necessary action against Indian innocent people of India continues cheating is going on our Indian law,?,????? Still they denied n doesn't care my 50numbers of complaints has been closed without consumer knowledge they're not provide any mail feed back they're are not keep their promises n not to maintain their services registered properly still our Indian innocent people were cheating n violation consumer services fir that 1930Cc pending at national consume forum am a lost citizens of tamilnadu what can I do my friend dont buy mmx concrrn product don't buy from flipkart through online both of them very worest this is my request am help less this will happen only in India not other country due to corruption no justice

Very wrost product I use only 4 month and getting issue and service centre not service because flipkart is not give genuine product

Don't buy Micromax Products my experience.

Worst product I have ever bought....after 8 months of use the backlight went kaput....micromax service center returned the TV after 1.5 months....backlight went off again after one month....they repaired and returned the led after 25 days...now my 1 year warranty expired and again the backlight stopped working...I paid 4500 for the repairing cost....the same problem has occurred again and my led is at the service center...this is the price I am paying for supporting an Indian brand....my family wanted to go for LG or Samsung but I insisted on getting micromax....I regret my decision every day....its been 6 months now and I just want to burn the led this time...customer care of micromaxsucks sucks.....they hang up your call and never arrange that call back....for the last two times I carried the led to the service center and brought it back myself...my hard earned 36000+4500 is lost now and I feel cheated and swear never to buy anything because of emotions and without using my mind as the heart has made a fool out of me......this time when the led comes back from the service center and as usual will break down again in a month I swear I will break it with a hammer and will upload a video of that breakage on YouTube and every social media site......
