it's my bad experience on purchasing this worst phone. it's hanging twice a day. camera also not as good. battery backup very poor.nnnntotally worst.......don't buy

I was gifted a brand new one cellphone of Micromax EG116 purchased on 30/6/2014 which I had to return to Flipkart on 7/7 as it started giving problems as follows.nn1)Sliding for Unlock and Taking the call not functioning almost 80% of time and needs repeated efforts.2)Camera- Not switching on for Front Camera.3)While writing a message wrong letters are typed.4)The letters get repeated while writing a message.5)Send message key not operating immediately after touching.Needs repeated efforts.6)Sometimes the the phone gets hanged.nnThe phone which was given as replacement also started giving the same problems after one month of use.nnFlipkart refused to give replacement and I handed over to Service center in Pune for repair under warranty.The phone is lying with Micromax for last 40 days without any outlook.nnThe whole episode created a very bad impression about Micromax and I will not recommend any body to buy Micromax phones in view of poor quality and poor service.nnNote-The Phone was purchased by my nephew at Rs.16000in June.Now the price is further reduced to Rs.13000. Don't fall pray to this price.This against MRP of Rs.20000

Got a new mobile but not satisfied at all. It hangs it gets stuck. I already hate it already. Dont like the fact that the mobile gets slow randomly while using.

its not worth it!!! but appreciate fo refunding. device was exchanged twice before i requested for refunding! people should stop buying micromax devices.

The reason i bought this phone is that in my office i get signals of tata indicom only and so i wanted a cdma phone. my earlier samsung ace duos was working quite well. This phone was a nightmare come true. With this phone I have only a few issues: n1. No network in my room now (much weaker compared to samsung)n2. Screen locks every second day. n3. Charge doesn't last a single day. n4. Sometimes it types the letter next to the one pressed. Crappy touchscreen.nnNEVER EVER buy this phone.
