Display and Configuration

The Micromax Canvas Tab P480 features a 7-inch IPS LCD multi-touch display with a resolution of 600 x 1,024 pixels and a pixel density of just 170ppi, which is very ordinary but readable. It ships with Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS. Acting as the brains of the smartphone is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor based on MediaTek MT8382M chipset and aided by a 1GB DDR3 RAM. 

Camera and Memory

The Micromax Canvas Tab P480 comes with a 5MP autofocus camera and LED flash at the back besides a 2MP camera at the front. It sports an internal memory of 8GB which is again expandable up to 32GB.

Battery and Communication

The Micromax Canvas Tab P480 sips juice from a sealed 3,000mAh Li-Po battery which claims to render up to 9 hours of talktime in 2G networks. It is loaded with dual SIM slots so that you can make calls like a phone and enjoy 3G internet connectivity. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB port.
