Display and Design
 
The Moto 360 is a smartwatch that's not just an effective companion to your smartphone, but is also an accessory that adds a style quotient to your personality. It comes with a 1.56-inch LCD backlit touch enabled circular shaped display which offers a resolution of 290 x 320 pixels, and is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
 
The watch looks extremely posh with a trendy steel casing along with a leather wristband that can be altered with a metallic one. It carries more thickness than the already existing Android watches and will be capable of resisting water. A sensor for monitoring the heart rate, a pedometer and an ambient light sensor will be present in the smartwatch.

Processor, RAM, OS and Storage
 
Under the hood, it has a Texas Instruments CPU backed by 512MB RAM. The Motorola Moto 360 is powered by Android Wear which is Google's platform for wearables. Thus, you can easily pair this watch to any smartphone running on Android v4.3 Jelly Bean OS or higher platforms like Android KitKat or Android L. It will be integrated with Google Now and you can use your voice to execute tasks.
 
Connectivity and Battery
 
For staying connected and accessing the phonebook contacts, apps, messages or any notifications on your smartphone, you will have to use the Bluetooth v4.0 feature. The Motorola Moto 360 carries a 320mAh Li-ion battery which supports Qi charging that recharges the battery through magnetic induction and means you can do away with wires. The wireless charging dock is available without any additional cost. It is also reported to provide a battery life which is more than twice of that offered by existing Android smartwatches.
