I was looking for a basic point and shoot camera to serve daily needs, so obviously i didn't want to spend a lot. Came across the Olympus on Flipkart and with a sub 5000/- pricetag is was a steal !! The camera is dimunitive in size but packs a punch when it comes to features that are needed in an entry level point and shoot camera. The battery lasts for about 300 odd shots and the picture quality is great. At this price a 5 x Optical zoom is also a welcome addition. Without getting into any technical photography jargon i'd recommend this camera to anyone who's looking for a cheap alternativefor an entry level point and shoot.
