Initially I was confused should I purchase AC online since few manufacturers were not providing warranty for online purchase, adding to it this model was not listed in Onida website. Raised a request to Onida with the model number and got confirmation that they are selling this model (known as pebble) exclusively via flipkart and I can buy. Also Installation will be done by Onida engineers and warranty will be covered. Delivery was prompt and got message from Flipkart that installation was scheduled so I don't have any follow up worknnAfter lot of research I opted for this model (3 Star) why I went for 3 star, I was told by a sales executive of reputed shown room if it is for home use 3 star AC is advisable from pricing perspective since AC will run for max 6 - 8 hours. nnComing to ACnnPerformance: Superb cooling, I am setting the temp at 26 C and room of 130 sq ft gets cooled in 5 to 10 min with turbo mode on.nnLooks: elegant looks does not spoil the room environment, Also indoor unit is sleek and weight just 8 KgsnnPower consumption: I currently use it for 5 hours and power consumed is ~ 6 units per daynnNoise: Both indoor and outdoor units operate quietly can't hear much noise and provides a comfortable sleep.nnCondensor: The other area which worried me should I go for Alloy or Copper. There were news that Copper is always better that alloy due to heat exchange and life however Copper condensor is costly. when this product was available at right pricing went for itnnOverall satisfied with the AC. ONLY excellent delivery by flipkart.nAfter that extremely poor follow up and response.nPOOR installation procedure, where i had to make several phone calls to Onida customer care to get AC installed in Hyderabad.really bad experience for installation, took 2 days to install AC, that to after 5 days of delivery. nno follow up, nothing from either Flipkart or Onida.nnGood product at given price, but for me installation was a nightmare.nI never expected flipkart to completely ignore such concern from there customers, really disappointing.nperhaps got my learning from this experience and will stay away from Flipkart.

Onida 1 Ton 3 Star Split Air Conditioner was delivered on time. The product is good and cools the 150sft room efficiently. I recommend this product who wish to buy online from Flipkart which is the best deal.nnCooling is amazing and energy efficiency is decently good as well. I am happy with the product and I think it is a great AC and people should really buy it rather than buying a high end AC or some others which offer similar features for high prices. If you are on minimal budget 20k - 30k then go for this.

I have made a right decision to buy this AC. nEverything was on time, delivery made on time by Flipkart, installation done in a day by Onida service center guys. nThanks to Flipkart and Onida, for offering such a good product at low price.

2 months into the AC and I am wondering why I purchased it. The AC is not cooling and even after numerous phone calls, shouting matches (from me) all of that and yet their service center is not bothered to send a technician to check or call back. 3 days after i placed a complaint and called like a 100 times to everyone possible - i have a spiked blood pressure and this sorry excuse of an AC - best part Onida guys snooze on my complaints.nDo not purchase this AC... and if you are adventurous i will be happy to offload the elephant i am holding
