Delivered on the estimated date, received call from the onida service installation same day and when they opened i can see the scratches and strains in the front panel. The installation guys tried to rub off, however he couldn't. Still it has the strains. They charged me 2500/- for installation [1500 (standard)+750(stand)+150(stand installation)].
Cooling is decent, overall an average Air conditioner
